What it does on the arms

The evidence
The device is FDA-cleared in the US for dermatological procedures needing coagulation or contraction of soft tissue. Published work on the body includes a 2025 series of 86 patients treated with radiofrequency microneedling alongside liposculpture, and a 2026 review of 41 studies; no study measures the arms alone, and we say so.
Who it suits, and the session
Crepey or slightly loose skin on the upper arms, in someone whose skin still has elasticity. At the higher energy levels the device is cleared in the US for skin types I to IV; darker skin is treated at lower settings. Numbing cream for 30 to 45 minutes, then both arms in one session, with redness, swelling and grid marks for several days and bruising more likely than on the face.
